Bespoke Luxury Balustrading
Project scope : detailed design + manufacture + installation
The Clarges Mayfair development was completed in early 2018 and is located in London’s most sought after Piccadilly neighbourhood, situated diagonally across from the iconic Ritz Hotel. A strong sense of arrival is created upon entering the building and walking into the lofty entrance area with a stunning elliptical shaped main staircase equipped with an Art Deco styled staircase balustrading.
The detail designing of this super prime balustrade included glazed panels timelessly held in elegant bronze glass holder brackets with the project including over 200 bronze glass holder brackets in total.
A detailed 3D digital survey was performed on the entire elliptical stairwell to capture the as built dimensions and the Art Deco balustrading was meticulously detailed and designed accordingly.
